Lychelle Ragland is a preacher, evangelist, author, content creator, and faith-driven leader known for her authenticity, resilience, and impact. Formerly recognized as “Ms. Rich” on TikTok and within the Hampton Roads community, she has evolved into a respected voice in ministry, leadership, and digital spaces.

She previously served as a teacher and counselor within Norfolk Public Schools before transitioning into full-time ministry. Lychelle currently serves at Ambassadors For Christ Deliverance Center as an Evangelist and Church Administrator, where she is deeply committed to spiritual growth, excellence, and community impact.

Lychelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Norfolk State University and a Master’s degree in Human Service Counseling from Liberty University. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

A published author, Lychelle released her debut book, Unveiling HerStory, which continues to inspire and empower readers. She is happily married to her husband, Charles Ragland, and is a devoted mother of twin boys, living by her life motto: “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop.”
